Ratha is currently Phare Performing Social Enterprise's (PPSE) Productions Assistant Manager. Ratha has been with the company since 2013, growing in skills and knowledge from customer services to operations, sales, productions and logistics. He is currently based in Phnom Penh and is responsible for securing performing opportunities for Phare with big companies and NGOs whose head offices are in Phnom Penh. Ratha manages a two-person team in events logistics arrangement, new creations and sales. One of the original staff members of PPSE, Ratha was a key driver in revitalizing the Tini Tinou Festival in 2014, promoting international arts and friendship in Cambodia. His proudest achievement at PPSE is developing his professional ability so he has been constantly promoted until reaching his current role. Coming from a disadvantaged background, Ratha is passionate about alleviating poverty through educating children from a young age.
